I'm a South Florida native, born and raised in Delray, and movement has been a constant in my life — just in different forms over the years. I got into Pilates in 2019, and it quickly became more than just a workout. It was something I kept coming back to, especially with how fast-paced and travel-heavy my life has become.
Through working in wellness and being constantly on the go, I started to realize that the best routines are the ones that feel grounding, not forced. That's what led me to complete over 100 hours of Pilates teacher training and start building something of my own.
On The Move Pilates is really an extension of how I live. It's about creating experiences that feel elevated but easy — whether that's a private session, a group class, or something more curated for an event. Think good energy, beautiful settings, and movement that actually makes you feel better, not burned out.
